Before partnering with Kurita, we often conducted chemical boiler cleaning twice a year and had to replace water tubes several times due to scaling and performance issues.
Since implementing Kurita 2D program (Dropwise and DReeM Polymer), we have gradually seen significant improvements. Annual chemical cleaning is no longer required, as the scale formed inside the boiler has become softer and easier to remove now only requiring water flushing.
Looking ahead, we expect that boiler retubing will no longer be necessary.
We have also experienced an increase in condensate return to the boiler, contributing to better overall system efficiency. In addition, heat transfer performance in our corrugator machine has improved noticeably.

Kurita carries out the chemical and analytical water supply program for Reverse Osmosis and steam generator for turbine system successfully.
