Pendekatan ini, yang disyorkan oleh pembekal sebelum ini, menyebabkan lonjakan mendadak dalam pH, ORP, dan FRC, meningkatkan risiko kakisan tembaga akibat halogen dan hasil sampingan hipoklorit.
