Kepentingan <strong>kecekapan tenaga<\/strong> akan terus meningkat kerana terdapat permintaan untuk memenuhi matlamat jejak karbon industri dan mencapai objektif pembangunan lestari jangka panjang. Inovasi akan menjadi kunci untuk mengurangkan karbon dalam industri, terutamanya dalam aplikasi haba suhu tinggi.<\/p><p><strong>Kecekapan tenaga<\/strong> adalah tiang penting dalam kerangka peralihan tenaga. Pendekatan ini membezakannya daripada trend biasa peningkatan penjanaan sumber, sebaliknya memberi tumpuan kepada <strong>mengoptimumkan penggunaan sumber sedia ada<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Kecekapan tenaga<\/strong> dalam industri terdiri daripada menggunakan jumlah haba, kerja, atau tenaga elektrik yang paling sedikit untuk menyelesaikan proses setiap sektor perindustrian. Terutamanya dalam persekitaran semasa di mana harga meningkat, kerana penerapan atau ketidakpenerapan langkah kecekapan tenaga boleh menentukan perbezaan antara keuntungan dan kerugian ekonomi sesebuah syarikat.<\/p><p>Walaupun kecekapan tenaga secara tradisional dilihat sebagai alat persekitaran semata-mata, ia kini difahami sebagai satu lagi instrumen untuk mencapai kelebihan daya saing (bersama-sama dengan peningkatan produktiviti).<\/p><p>Bukti saintifik dalam bidang alam sekitar menunjukkan bahawa <strong>Langkah-langkah kecekapan tenaga boleh membawa kepada pengurangan pelepasan gas rumah kaca sebanyak 10% dalam kebanyakan industri.<\/strong>, seperti yang dinyatakan oleh Danfoss \u2013 kumpulan syarikat kejuruteraan milik keluarga Denmark.<\/p><p>Pada tahap makroekonomi, penyelidikan yang tersedia pada masa ini menunjukkan bahawa pelaburan dalam kecekapan tenaga akan memberi kesan manfaat yang ketara terhadap KDNK. Dalam proses perindustrian, transformasi tenaga ini berlaku dalam pelbagai jenis; contohnya, tenaga yang tersimpan dalam sumber bahan api boleh digunakan untuk menggerakkan enjin atau ditukar menjadi kerja, tetapi ia juga boleh ditukar menjadi haba dan digunakan untuk memanaskan sesuatu bahan.<\/p><p>Isu ini ialah bahawa tidak pernah 100% tenaga yang kita hasilkan boleh ditukar sepenuhnya kepada bentuk yang diingini, yang membawa kepada apa yang kita sebut sebagai <strong>kehilangan tenaga.\u00a0<\/strong>Kerugian tenaga tidak dapat dielakkan dan wujud dalam semua proses, tetapi peratusan yang lebih tinggi atau lebih rendah boleh memberi kesan besar terhadap keputusan kewangan sesebuah syarikat.<\/p><p>Kajian terkini daripada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iea.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IEA<\/a>, Agensi Tenaga Antarabangsa, menunjukkan bahawa haba terbuang adalah sumber pembaziran tenaga yang paling ketara, yang dipanggil \u201cbahan api tersembunyi\u201d. Setiap tahun 2860 TWh haba dibazirkan, yang melebihi permintaan untuk air panas dan sistem pemanasan di Eropah bagi bangunan kediaman dan perkhidmatan.<\/p><p>Kajian teknikal bertajuk \u201cSumber tenaga terbesar di dunia yang belum dimanfaatkan: Haba Berlebihan\u201d mengkaji potensi haba lebihan sebagai sumber tenaga yang berkesan. IEA menganggarkan bahawa, berbanding dasar sedia ada, dorongan di seluruh dunia untuk meningkatkan kecekapan tenaga boleh mengurangkan CO<sub>2<\/sub> emisi sebanyak lima gigaton tambahan setiap tahun menjelang 2030.
