Responsibilities include maintaining daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, processing invoices and assisting with tax filings. The Junior Accountant will also support the Senior Accountant in audits and adherence to financial regulations.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>1. Handle Accounting Operations, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"_00ebd4d1 df79ffd8 _350a8c37\">\n<li>Recording daily transactions in the accounting system (SAP Business One)<\/li>\n<li>Checking the completeness of sales documents and issuing invoices<\/li>\n<li>Processing invoice adjustment according to tax regulations<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring AR\/AP transactions and coordinating with internal departments<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining complete records for tax and audit purposes<\/li>\n<li>Other task related daily activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Maintain accurate accounting records and proper document filing<\/p>\n<p>3. Assist in monthly closing (journal entries, reconciliations)<\/p>\n<p>4. Support preparation of financial statements and other reports<\/p>\n<p>5. Support Tax &amp; Compliance, Audit operations<\/p>\n<p>6.
